Welcome to my blog which centers around the Real Estate market in Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Valley Village and the surrounding areas. I have decided to join the “Bloggers”, as I think it will be beneficial to anyone who wants to know what is going on in our crazy real estate world that changes minute by minute! There will be good articles on schools, neighborhoods, how to get a loan, tips for buyers and sellers and neighborhood happenings. Other hot topics that might be of interest to you are ideas and advice on decorating, design, Feng Shui and what is the greenest way for all of us to live and breathe in order to help our children and their children be here for many moons to come. I will also have some newsworthy items to save you money or make you more money, as we all can use more of the pretty green stuff, whether the economy is good or bad. Money helps make the world go round and adds a little peace, happiness and harmony to our daily lives-although as we all know, money does not buy us happiness-it only makes life a little more fun and less stressful.
