So Many Deals....

I am trying to blog once a week, but I have been so busy buying my GroupOns, being social with Living Social, fixing up my house with great contractors from Angies List

 Dining out with great food & making reservations from  
and trying to work in between time to pay for all of this good stuff-yummy food, massages, mani/pedis and what else can they think of?

There is a site for all of us looking for a deal-I am waiting for one to come up for real estate. Wait, I think it has happened-the market is down 30% from the peak-kind of like a big sale with the lowest interest rates ever, to help us out. And the investors are buying-do they know something we do not know? And they usually are the ones who have money because they invest. Interesting market-either houses sell with multiple offers or they wait to be reduced in price, until they are at the “perfect” price and then they sell!
